Sanjo Coffee began with a simple idea — that a great cup of coffee can bring people together.

Our founder, a lifelong coffee lover and traveler, was inspired by the warmth and connection found in small neighborhood cafés around the world — from Tokyo’s quiet coffee bars to the vibrant street cafés of Latin America. The word “Sanjo”, meaning three feelings — peace, passion, and purpose — reflects what we pour into every cup.
